How we make a difference?

Our typical recruiting engagement starts with a series of questions that help us better understand the job requirements, the personality of the manager/team members, as well as the over all culture.

This allows us to screen for fit on many levels. We do in-depth phone interviews and application questionnaires which all get passed along as part of an overall candidate assessment.

We have three pricing options to give clients a choice between cost and associated risk:
