Custom eLearning training program built around the operating processes from a newly implemented ISO program for a manufacturing facility.
The training program converted the hard to read SOPs to interactive modules with pictures and videos, it also streamlined the training records management while ensuring every employee was training on the ISO standards for that facility.
Restructured the roles and responsibilities of a dysfunctional department.
